I just want to let all Group Leaders know that you all are doing a GREAT JOB. I love and respect that people even start groups. Yes there is a lot to learn and I guess that you are learning about it now. I have gone through this for quit a few year and it is the same on a lot of sites. Just remember that who ever goes in the groups and does read might not know what to say just ask if they have questions.
We are on different levels of were we are in life and we are here to learn our lessons that are in are charts that is why we keep coming back to learn.

The very best I think can be done in a group is to...
1 Make a blog to inter information or lessons or what ever is in support of the group interest. I have this same blog in many ning groups there by keeping all up to date at the same time.
2 Be watchful of when others place a comment... That is where you can have interaction with someone in the group.
3 Never assume that your blogs are not being read. Keep them short though. Few will read anything they conceder too long.

Great Friends For Life
I am very Lucky to know Shade-Law who taught me everything I know about running a site. And she gave me the Honor of being her admin and always keeps me in her Loving Prayer. She is a Wonderful Person that is the type to help people like I do. She has shared her Love with me and we became friends and she showed me how to share love with other people. And has helped me through some really tough times.
To My Friend Jodie,
Jodie gave me the honor to be her Admin also. She has taught me a lot of Love and Light.
She help me set up this site and I love her for that and Shade-Law also help me and I Love her for that.
They both gave me the confidants to open this site. She is a Wonderful Lady that helped me and talk to be about some of the times I was going through.
If it wasn't for these 2 Lady's I wouldn't have opened this site.
Deep in my Heart they are my Best Friends and I Love them both.

She is a wonderful person that I am friends with and has stayed on my site to give all my members the Daily "OM" she works really hard on them and they are POSTED IN THE FORUM.
She is a Lovely person with a very loving Heart.

My Secret Angel
I have a Secert Little Angel that is my best friend. She will help me anyway she can. I would also do anything for her.
I just wanted to tell her Thank you for everything. She will know what I mean. I Love everything that she has don't for me and she is always there when I need her.
I hope that some day I can return all the thing that she has helped me with. I was kinda hoping she was on Skype but I am not sure, but I would Like to thank her in this blog. So her is to my Angel
